For years I have experimented with different proportions, ingredients and the tastiest flavor combinations. With results. I make all pastries in the Choco Brazil webshop entirely according to my own recipe. You won't find brownies that delicious anywhere else!

From organic flour to fresh fruit and the best available Belgian chocolate on the market, Callebaut. For my pastries I only use the very best ingredients. And you can taste it: the pastries from my kitchen have more flavor and last longer.

💗The best of both worlds

Brigadeiro, Coconut and Dulce de Leche. For my pastries, I am inspired by the flavors of my childhood in Brazil. I combine the well-known South American recipes with a European twist for an end result that tastes even better. This way I offer the best of both worlds.
